Like your own pharmacy, I am happy with the results for my business. That doesn’t mean I want a fee increase ‘tho!! So to the nuts and bolts of it:

• Sales 06/07 increased by 14% on 05/06
• Gross margin increased from 27% in 05/06 up to 44% in 06/07
• Net profit increased from 1% in 05/06 to 26% in 06/07

So far this year total sales are up by around 20% on 06/07 and I am about to move into a brand new pharmacy that is double the size of where I currently trade so I am certainly not anticipating any decline in turnover. I think this is very healthy growth and I can CERTAINLY attribute much of it, beyond my sparkling personality, to my early and STRONG membership and support of IPAG. I benchmark myself on around 95 other pharmacies on a monthly basis and all my key performance indicators are healthy and above average except for my FOS % which is lagging behind my Rx growth. Hence the move to a larger modern premises AND the use of the price buster."
